Filling The Space
Letting go
of a negative past is hard, but it’s even harder to keep holding on to it. When
you let go of the stuff that’s been weighing you down, replace it with
something true; something that reflects your heart’s desires.
When you
forgive someone and yourself, replace the anger, hurt and resentment with
feelings of gratitude.
When you let
go of stereotypes and untruths, fill the void with historical and present day
truths.
When you
decide that you are no longer going to carry around a life of pain, replace it
with a plan for being joyful.
Here’s what
you will need:
Start learning, living, reading,
seeing, being, singing, dancing, and give yourself a whole lot of love.
Start today.
BE you, be well, be
living

So true. Since hearing you speak in April, I have been educating myself on how I need to make the changes in life to perfect my happiness. I have started a support chat group with friends and co workers. I am watching documentaries and reading books about healthy eating. I am making choices to better myself for me first and let the trickle down effect impact my family and friends. I have a long journey, but it is one that I am using to encourage others to join. You are a big part of that. I keep purchasing your book to share with others. You inspire me. Still. Thank you for being a blessing in my life. I hope I get an opportunity to hear you speak again. As always, singing and inspiring for safety and now for me!
